I moved in at recommendation of many of my friends. what i found was an apartment with a street lamp directly outside the window making it impossible to sleep after 6 a.m., a bunch of obnoxious underage people yelling out profanities and loud drunken giggles at all hours of the night, non existent insulation, mold growing out of the laundry room and in the carpet that the ever efficient 'maitenance crew' said was shampoo from the carpet coming up through the floor (yeah right.) we had to go above them, not to mention all the cigarette butts, beer bottles and cans, used condom wrappers,oh and the used condoms themselves as decoration for your first floor balcony. WestTek security service are not effective at anything but stalking out sober people who they feel are going to fast over the speed bumps (fools.. the lot of them). As far as parking it's fine, and only because i'm in a building farther back near the basketball courts that are not for resident pleasure, but for all the ghetto brothers who monopolize the court shirtless and listening to loud rap music while harassing the girls of the complex with whistles and yells. this apartment is -------- stay far away unless you plan on getting blackout drunk 7 out of 7 days of the week.

Although there are college kids who might be loud at times, they are not as bad a this person makes it sound. Some kids do use the basketball court, but I also live next to them and I have never felt any threat from the kids. They are harmless. Clearly, this person is exagerating. WestTek is a great service and they do their job to keep kids out of trouble. Come take a tour and you can decide yourself...but I guarantee you will be satisfied.
