Yes UHouse does have nice apartments and a free bus to campus. I will give them that, but other than that it is pretty much hell.

Parties last until 5 and 6 in the morning, and yes while college students do go out, myself included, I do not like being kept up until 4-5am with the people upstairs shooting fireworks and screaming from their porch. The couresy officer does not exist, we have decided, as we leave constant messages but no one ever comes around or returns our calls. The office is NO HELP, they will sit there and smile but they don't enforce anything. Illegal drug use is supposed to be grounds for eviction and yet people do drugs on their porch, are reported and then nothing happens. So if you want to smoke pot UHouse is the place to be. Also the place is trashed the next day (and for those that say it isn't, we took lots of pictures), and so far the beer bottles, cigs, and other not-so-pleasant stuff has stayed there for a week. My advice: if you want to party and smoke up then live here, if not, I wouldn't recommend it.
