University House at Raleigh has proven to be a wonderful community to live in. I have been impressed time and time again with the quality of the apartments and the office staff. They have provided quick and useful assistance on multiple occasions. Occasional partying on the weekends, however it was never a big concern. The community provided ample parking and finding a spot was never a problem.
