First things first when I moved in here we were told by the office staff when we signed our lease that we would get new furniture, guess what, we didn't. If we would have known that we would have not gotten the furniture package and picked it up at the back of the lot like everyone else.

Parking is pretty good unless you are coming back on a friday and saturday night and there are no spots because there are parties in every building.

Also, that so called shuttle that is supposed to run every 15 minutes, doesn't. It almost always feels as if you miss it when you are done with classes, so you sit on campus for even more time. And at 3 it only runs every 30 minutes, so when EVERYONE gets out of class at 245 on tuesday and thursday you sit out on campus til at least 330 if not later.

Free tanning, yea they have it, but you can only lay in it for 6 minutes for the first 3 weeks and you have to come at least 4 times that week.

U House is already one of the most expensive apartments to being with. We decided to get the electric bundle and every month we have a $10-15 overage charge and we never keep the a/c or heat on or the lights on in the apartment and when we signed the leasing agent said her and her roomates are always taking long showers and leaving lights on and have the a/c on and she never got an overage all year.
