My share of the rent was 500 a month which, in my opinion, is way to over priced for this place. I have had an issue with the blinds that i wrote down at the beginning of my lease, a year later, and after having complained a few times, it has not been fixed. When our washer broke, we got an old one that we were told was fixed, but then it just broke down again a few weeks later. Everyone in my apartment has mold growing on our windows, we have to kill on average 5-10 cockroaches a week, things are constantly breaking down, the neighbors never take out their garbage and just leave it outside their door so it smells awful when we go outside, you can never find a parking space on weekends, the internet always goes out, and trying to study or sleep only happens on holidays when everyone is gone. The office staff is friendly, but from what i've dealt with, not very helpful. I know this complex had a reputation of being the "party complex" but i did not know the extent of it until i moved here. You could find a much better place for the price.
