I moved in October 2004 and have not had any problems. I love my two bedroom apartment/2brs. I have a two year old son who loves the pool. I've had a few maintainence issues - but they were fixed by the next day...or the same day! The staff has always be quite helpful and friendly to me and my family. Parking has never been an issue. Everything in the demo apartment was just the same. I think I made a great choice.
