I stayed at Carrington for a short term while my house was being built in Brier Creek. I actually leased through a temporary living company that houses people throughout the Brier Creek area. I had a positive experience at this community...probably one of my best renting experiences. I could have used storage in my apartment, but the closet space was more than enough. I added shelving and it all worked out fine. There were plenty of pet waste stations throughout the community, which was a huge help! I only had one maintenance issue during my stay and it was handled within the day I called...and though I only stayed for 5 months - the entire office staff knew me by name -that was nice.
I'm excited to moved into my home - but if I decide to sell and buy or build again - I will definitely be back Carrington.
