I've lived here for almost two years, and have always received great service, prompt maintenance, and repairs. Service has even improved since I moved in with a few staff changes taking place. My rent has increased, but after I looked around the Brier Creek area when I was deciding if I should renew, I realized the entire area had become higher in rent. I've looked around the area at several different apartment communities and ultimately decided that Carrington is the nicest complex, and in the best location. I've had a few minor complaints about my noisy neighbors upstairs and management responded quickly. I honestly have enjoyed renting here so far and don't plan to move any time soon.
