I am a former resident of this complex. I moved out due to a job transfer out of state. I have stayed in plenty of apartments in my time and the property manager at this complex is one of the most attentive and understanding. They put a high price on customer service and making sure each of their residents are happy and satisfied. I understand that no matter where you go, there will be flaws whether it is with the construction or neighbors. In my humble opinion, I think there's nothing that can replace that personal touch and attention to make your stay that much better. I say this because I did have an issue with the apartment upon move-out, but the property manager took the time and effort to listen to my situation and took the appropriate actions. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and the staff.
