I am not a US -citizen but I earn a lot of money, so I have tried to move in the Brier Crrek area in a good apartment complexes since I can afford it.
The office stuff were nice and friendly showing me the model and the club house informing me for the amenities and the rent price, and I was writing all things down.
Eventually I got in an agreement and I had to go to the bank to have a money order on their name got there gave the money order gave all my official papers for copies and as soon as I was driving back to work they called me to let me know there was a mistake and could not go ahead because the people in the aparment were not to leave out till a month later!!!

I had to go bac get my money order back and I had already lost my whole day!! Which I could have used for searching another apartment!
It seems like bad management to me.. even if they are nice.. Also I had to check the rent formt he papers and it was 50 dollars more than I had written on my papers..during the showing round..I have asked her and she said..that she did not see me writing that!! Come on I was sitting right across her..
Ok my English are not the best but..I know when I hear 40 or 90! anyway.. The apartments look nice but like the most do in the area.. look around..especially if you are an international..you can find good places to stay in that area..as well.

Well, you should better find the guts..and be able to move to another country like I did..because I was offered a job that many US citizens aren't. And I know what I am hearing!! Didn't she know what she was seeing?? And she is ------- US citizen!! You are racist!! They accepted the money check and then they had to cancel??? That was also my fault??? Woah..you are ------- idiot!!

It sounds like you're a frickin' idiot and you should learn the English language better! There was obviously a miscommunication and most likely since you are not an American citizen, I'm assuming it's your fault!

I am sorry for the bad words, but I can not stand people that are not willing to accept another opinion and they call me idiot!! I was honest and said I am not US citizn but is that a problem???? Lovedog06 you are correct..sorry for my bad language..
