Carrington is luxury apartment living at its finest. The entire premises, from pool and clubhouse to car cleaning station and trash area, are well-maintained and clean. The office staff is very professional and attentive to residents' needs. In addition, they are always "on the ball" when new things are happening in the community, or when they must respond to an incident. The apartments are very high quality, and a great layout for roommates or single individuals. Carrington is a very quiet, peaceful community, and a great location to 540, 40, Glenwood Avenue, and the growing community that is Brier Creek.

This review appears to have been written by an employee of Carrington. How many tenants do you know who would say "luxury apartment living at it's finest?" Sounds like it came from their brochure... and it certainly doesn't match today's reality.
