I'm surprised at the positive comments below mine. I moved from Carrington because of the EXACT OPPOSITE of everything that was mentioned. I broke my lease at Carrington because I felt unsafe, pool was dirty, noisy neighbors and thin walls, uncaring staff, and the list goes on and on. I paid ALOT of money to break my lease, but it was worth it.

To lovedogs06: As a member of management, I'd like to say that I'm disappointed in the negative opinion you have about our community. This is certainly not descriptive of the community we offer and your reports concern me deeply. You mentioned that you broke your lease at Carrington and it says above in 2005? And I notice that you posted a glowing review for a neighboring community? I find that strange because we did not have anyone break their lease in 2005 that didn't move out of the state or into a house. We certainly didn't have anyone break their lease to move into "said community." If you truly did reside in our community, then we sincerely apologize for the poor experience and wish you had brought your concerns to our attention. If you did not live in our community, please refrain from fabricating mistruths in an effort to make our community look poor. We have an exceptional staff and community and offer only the best in apartment living. I'm sure you'll see from our positive ratings written by TRUE residents that we are a great place to call home. Should you or anyone have concerns about the quality of our community, we will be very happy to address them at any time.

Did I forget to mention the girls who worked in the office were stuck up witches.
