I like the apartments very sleek and modern. However I have 2 vehicles and they were broke into a combined total of 4 times. A neighbor's apartment was broke into while at home.
Great apartment, Terrible neighbor hood!

Dear Shoptilludrop, I'm terribly sorry that you have such a negative opinion of our community. The experience that you are saying you had is certainly not one that we were aware of. I can not recall any resident having thier vehicle broken into 4 times. Certainly I would hope that if that were true, you would have brought it to our attention. As for the neighbor's break in you are referring to, there was in deed an incident, however, after investigation it was deemed an isolated incident and is not indicitive of the great community we have at Carrington or the area in general. With all that said, at no time can we guarantee anyone's personal safety, nor can any other community. We do, however, do all that we can to make you feel comfortable, including maintaining our grounds to increase visibility, install proper lighting around all of our buildings, and all of our apartments come with a monitored intrusion alarm free of charge. We truly believe that Carrington is one of the best communities around the entire Raleigh area. It has even been nominated for Property of the Year with the Triangle Apartment Association. Tenant comments and Carrington response were both posted Before Current Management. In my opinion, current management is arrogant, incompetent and uncaring.
