Yeah, it looks nice, from the front. The back of the buildings are unkempt & there is ALWAYS dog doo, trash & cigarette butts at the back of my hallway. The office staff leaves alot to be desired, in that they are quite aloof and seem as though they would be elsewhere everytime I come by. I thought that the maintenance staff was quite competent, a few months ago, but since then it has gone DOWNHILL. I don't know who that jerk is that thinks he's the king of the world, but he almost ran me over in his truck (obviously because his phone was glued to his ear). The one repair I needed done was never completed, but oh yeah, I guess they DID leave me a note. I can hear my next door neighbors all the time, luckily we watch the same things on TV. It's like stereo sound!
Typical of fast construction these days, poor quality with window dressing to make it look good. The staff is obviously "above" serving the residents, and they act the part. The only good thing I have to say about Carrington.... my lease is up soon. Good Riddance.
