I only have one big gripe about this place. My roommate and I live on the first floor and we can constantly hear the neighbors moving around above us. With the creeking and stomping around it honestly sounds like a dang elephant stampede at times. And this is everyday. There hasn't been a single day I've been in this apartment where I couldn't hear the people above me. It's every night, and it's driving me nuts. The sad part is there's nothing I can do about it. I'll probably end up bringing it to management's attention, but I have a feeling nothing will be solved. Other than that, the area in general is a great location. Close to everything as well. But the most important thing to me is the noise level where you live. If it wasn't for the thin walls where you can hear your neighbors, it'd be perfect.

You are right! I was told there is concrete between the floors. I specicifically asked because of this reason. The noise from neighbors above is a problem for certain. You description fits to the tee.
