Over the past year, I have sent numerous emails to the apartment staff. They provided an email address upon our move-in, and therefore, I assumed email was an acceptable means of communication with them. Every time I email and ask for a response, I either receive NO RESPONSE AT ALL or receive a response a week later. I have been extremely happy at Carrington, but communication with the staff is an issue that should be addressed. If you are planning on moving into this community, please use a different means of communication than email. Unfortunately, my job is not one in which I could communicate via phone during the hours that the apartment office is open, and I never arrive home before the office staff leaves for the day. Therefore, I am stuck with communicating with them in a way in which they are non-responsive...
