This apartment complex is in a great location, has great floorplans, a nice clubhouse and pool area, and offers some amenities that others do not. All of that being said, it is SO NOISY. I can hear my neighbors behind me when they are just talking. I can hear the people below me just watching TV. It does seem as if they people above me are constantly moving around at all hours of the night. The people below us are constantly watching TV/listening to music so loudly that we can feel it vibrating our floor. It happens just about every night. We have talked with the office staff numerous times regarding this, and nothing seems to help. We have called after hours and asked for a call back which we never received. It all has honestly caused quite a few headaches in our house.

The staff is always friendly, but they do not seem attentive to our needs or concerns. They are also not the most professional group.

I gave them a less than stellar safety rating simply because my car was vandalized when I first moved in with a beer bottle. Also there has been a shooting in the complex since we lived here. I do not feel unsafe, but I would not go out alone at night without someone with me.

I would recommend Carrington for its location and convenience. I would not recommend Carrington simply because if there are problems, you feel like you are getting the run around and the apartments seem to not be very well made because of the noise you can hear through the walls/floor.
