I definitely agree with the previous comment about noise. I can hear even normal conversations through the wall of my apartment. The staff sells the place like it is the be-all-end-all of apartment communities, but the place is a dump! Low budget fixtures, the water pressure sucks, and the handyman sucks even worse! I constantly have rain coming through my windows, even though they are shut.... it comes in right through the cheap weather strip. The weight room is outdated & super cheap, and the office staff acts like I am a lower-class citizen when I pay my rent. It's like, "thanks for your money....BYE!"
I would not recommend Carrington to anyone.
