So, I just moved out of this community and let's just say, it has been a long and exhausting journey. First off, the reason why they got an award is because they suckered their residents into writing reviews on behalf of them. I am included in this "sucker" category. But, I am just going to be brutally honest. There were a few good things including the apartment itself, the surrounding community and the maintenance team.. BUT, the leasing team - inc. mgt. and consultants suck! They are very superficial, don't stick to their commitments, and are completely nonresponsive. OH and moving out is a whole different story... Let me just caution you, there are beautiful apartments going up in the area, please check those out before renting from Carrington. I would not recommend this complex to anyone that wants good service and honest people.
