I lived at Carrington at Brier Creek for almost 2 years and I can honestly say it was the nicest place I ever lived. If I did not go back to NYC to take care of Family issues, I would probably lived there my whole life. Everyone there, the Maintenance people and the Leasing Office were very nice and helpful and they were always doing thing to make you feel part of a community. All these bad reviews I have been seeing is a bunch of crap and probably just some bitter people who have no life and nothing better to do than complain. For example, when lightning hit one of the buildings, I guess that was the Leasing offices fault also, they put together a drive to help people get back on their feet and set up a night where the apartment issurance people came by in case we wanted to get some insurance. Lou - The first management group was fine. They didn't cause the building to get struck by lightning, but the Fire Department blamed the construction for how quickly it burned dow - despite their extraordinarily quick response. And the management folks in place then were responsive and are to be commended for their support. But the efforts of the managment bunch now in place (since you moved out) makes a goat roping look like an award winning marching band in comparison. The grounds now look like they haven't been policed in 6 months, because they haven't. They are rude, obnoxious and uncaring; and those are their good qualities. I agree with your assessment of the earlier management group. You are WAY off base if you think the current group is even close to as good.
