I have been at Carrington for almost a year. The Carrington went under new ownership and new management around September. I agree that the prior management was not as responsive as they needed to be. Since the change in staff and ownership the property has taken a big step to be one of the premiere properties in the area. The staff is great and they continue to improve the maintenance and are very responsive to complaints and inquiries. As I have had some modem and maintenance issues as do most renters that stay any length of time. No, you don't have to use your oven to stay warm please. Yes, the model is beautiful and no the apartments are not the model that is why it is a model. They allow you to put up window treatments. Most apartments in the area don't look like the model. The management is working with Brier Creek Country Club to see if some amenities can be obtained for the Carrington. My suggestion is to ask questions to the property management and find out the facts and get involved with the property you stay at. The management is there for you. Read your Lease agreement. Communication is the key. This is a great place to stay and I and my daughter feel very safe here.

It's funny how it seems to be the same person coming on here every day to put down the new management staff. Sounds to me like an old staff member who used to work in the fron office who still lives here and works at the "new" Carrington in Morrisville and obviously has plenty of time to play around on the computer and put down the new management staff instead of doing your job. Sounds like you might need to invest a little more time in the property that you currently work at! Wow....is it that bad over there that you have to come on here and lie just to get people to rent from you? Just an observation : )

Everyone read the comments from the anonymous poster on 3/4. Is that not a staff member or what? They couldnt have made it any more obvious that is was one of them in that post. Good job morons!!! Its funny how this person became so defensive about the new management staff there.

Whether thats a staff member or not, I live here and I talk to the two girls in the front office all the time and they are very nice and helpful. I was reading these reviews for the first time since I moved in last month and it makes me want to laugh....somebody is seriously hating on these girls. I think it might be time to get a life!

rrboy99 - Current management is like dropping from AAA baseball into "D" ball. It takes a special talent to generate 80% NEGATIVE reviews since they took over, particularly as the reviews prior to new management were 75% POSITIVE. Of course, you couldn't know the difference if you have only lived in Carrington for a month. Being ignorant doesn't qualify you to have an opinion or to participate in a discussion.

I still do not get how this dump of an apartment complex has a 71% rating with all the negative comments on this site...ummmm, could management be here padding the numbers?? nah! no way they would waste their time like this when they have so many problems to take care, right??
