Well I was contemplating about moving here around ther first of the month but changed my mind after what these people did. I filled out an application but told them I would be calling back in to give my credit card info and was told that they wouldnt run the application until they had my card info. Well I got a call today from these sheisters saying that they ran my application and was charging me the $50 application fee and if I dont pay it they are going to report me to collections. I am so furious at this point. How can they do this. I never gave them the permission. I now have one more inquiry mark on my credit report I dont need from these -------, but I am going to dispute and I am going to call the coporate management company about this. THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO DO THIS. ONE OF THE PEOPLE WORKING THEIR CALLED ME WHEN I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE TRYING TO ASK ME ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT I WAS MOVING IN THERE AND I EVEN TOLD HER I WAS LOCKED OUT AND SHE IS STILL TRYING TO ASK ME ABOUT THIS YET SHE STILL RAN MY APPLICATION!!!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIKE THOSE CAR LOTS WITH THE BUY HERE FINANCE HERE TYPE DEALS WHO TRY TO SELL YOU A PIECE OF CRAP FOR TOP DOLLAR. SO PLEASE PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I ALSO TOLD THEM WHY WOULD I WANT TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE WHERE THERE INVASION AND TWO PEOPLE WERE SHOT. GOOGLE CARRINGTON AT BRIER CREEK AND YOU WILL SEE. THE LADY I WAS TALKING TO SAID " NO ONE WAS SHOT HERE WITHIN THE LAST TWO YEARS." HAHAHAH WITHIN TWO YEARS LIKE THATS GOING TO SWAY ME TO MOVE IN THERE EVEN MORE.

hey Meerkat - that last post is from the same mgmt company you are complaining about. They come on this site all the time to jack up their ratings and make stupid remarks like the one they sent you. Everyone that has had the displeasure of dealing with them knows the reality of their incompetance!

DJAMGI- You know I thought that anonymous poster was just some random jerk, but now I do believe now it could be one of those idiots, probably the office manager. These people were willing to rent to me with no job!!! What complex would allow that with no guarantor? I visited this place twice. The first time I got a sense of desperation and felt that they were being quite pushy for me to rent an apartment there. I began to wonder why being that the Brier Creek is one of the best places to live in Raleigh. The second time I went there, I visited this apartment that had absolutely disgusting stains on a light switch, so it was a definate no after I saw that. When I went to view ASHLEY PARK AT BRIER CREEK and MILLBROOK GREEN apartments, the staff members at those two apartments complexes were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable without putting any pressures on me to rent like these people did. I am done with this issue on here. I now live a beautiful brand new apartment at MILLBROOK GREEN where everything has been great thus far (and no I don't work there).
