My experiance with moving out of my carrington apartment

Before I moved out I asked the office what things I should fix up to insure i get my security deposit back. This is what the lady in the office said "Unless they carpet is really messed up or there are big holes in the wall you should get it all back". I had no holes in the wall and the carpet was in great condition. I walked away with 29 dollars on 150 dollar deposit. It took a month and a half to get the deposit, and when I called to ask where the money was the great staff at carrington actually hung up on me! I Had to call the management companies headquarters to find out why I havent gotten my check. The apartments are very cheaply built, horrible water preasure, and a staff that doest care! The one plus is that is its connected to the neighboorhood and its great for walking and running
