I have leased an apartment at Brier Creek for the past 6 months and I have been very disappointed ever since I signed the lease. The staff is only concerned with serving there interests in that they just care about signing up new leases. The staff fails to communicate with the residents by telling them anything important. Typically the only person you can ever talk to is the receptionist and it is near impossible to get ahold of the manager unless you are signing a lease. The staff are by far the worst I have ever dealt with. The apartments are maintained reasonably except for the plumbing which clogs consistently, also the water pressure is low. Also as other people have noted these apartments are over priced for what you get, you are paying purely because it is in an "country club."
