I was considering moving into this place until I read the reviews and had the following experience with them. I did the tour and they explained everything about the place which is pretty much the same from place to place. At the end of the tour they gave me a price and then when I was ready to leave without signing on the dotted line they dropped the price down. I explained I needed a night to think about it and they took my credit card to reserve the place which I was told was the last one. I asked if it was refundable and was told yes within 72 hours. I had called back the following day and decided to not take the place because I had seen other places much nicer and a little better price. upon hearing that they dropped the price a second time indicating it was the managers special. I still did not want the place but they insisted I think it over one more night and gave me the same spew about my deposit being refundable if I changed my mind. I received 2 calls that night (Sunday) one by the rep and the other by the manager offering 2 more different price specials.At this point I felt like I was at a used car dealership and playing the game of what I am willing to pay for a lemon. I chose not to go through with the application and rented else where and contacted them Monday morning. At this point the girl who showed me around told me the deposit which they ran was non-refundable and persisted to argue with me on the phone. I demanded to speak to the manager who called me several times over the weekend offering me different specials and she would not take my call. She finally called me Tuesday afternoon and indicated I was told the deposit was non-refundable and there was nothing she could do without contacting the managment group. I explained to her I was told 3 times that the deposit was refundable if I changed my mind in the appropriate time frame which I did. 3 days went bye and another new representative called me back not the manager or the orignal girl who showed me the place to inform me that my deposit was not going to be returned. She then argued with me over the phone and started to get rude so I demanded the manager call me regarding this issue. I still have not heard from them on this issue and it's been 2 weeks. Also during the tour we where interrupted by a poor soul whose dishwasher was clogged and was overflowing his sink and kitchen floor and all the representative did was tell him she would call maintenance which the person had done already 5 times. She actually laughed the situation off and did not call anyone when we got back to the office. I would not recommedn to anyone to rent here because they are scnadls and it shows by them offering to lower the rent 4 times in a matter of 2 days. Best of luck to anyone living there but with a management team like this I can only imagine the horrible times I would have had if I rented a apartment from them.
