It is amazing to me that paying $1300 dollars per month doesn't even begin to weed out the yard trash that rents from this apartment complex. Our car has been broken into with the radio stolen. There have been multiple incidents of domestic violence. A sexual assault occurred in the building next to mine. Stupid children who have never been encouraged to do better run around banging on doors and bouncing basketballs against doors all day every day. It sickens me to think my hard earned money is being wasted living in the same place as gutter trash. Just so you don't get me wrong, I am one of the bluest democrats you will ever meet, however, the lines are drawn and mutual respect is one of the rules. If you have a choice, take your place of residence seriously. Don't live here!! Just because you are inside the gates of the country club doesn't mean the trash stays at the dumpster. I don't have a dog but for those that do, all poop cans are always full. There are bags laying around the trash cans full of crap all of the time. Oh, and the management leaves a few thousand things to be desired. Good luck getting their help.
