I have live at JCT for 7 months and there are things I like and dislike. I live on the first floor and get LOTS of noise from feet walking above me. The entry doors are metal and conduct tons of noise. When people walk by I can hear every word they say. Parking isn't plentiful and I agree with the other reviewer - it's silly that they don't have dumpsters on either end of the complex. The gates are annoying (and usually never on so what's the point') and the mailboxes are right at the gate so people are constantly stopping in the way.
Otherwise, the apartment is really nice and spacious and has many features that are hard to find elsewhere. 9' ceilings and huge tubs are great. They've got every modern convenient appliance in these places and each apartment comes with a W/D standard. NICE!
