Jefferson is awesome to live at. Even with the access gates that hardly ever work and are a problem half of the time, I have never had a place to live that really cares about me. The number of events that are presented in the clubhouse are amazing and our manager, Vivian, is out of this world when it comes to any problems that seem to pop up. I live on the first floor also and never hear anything above me, especially for living in an apartment. You expect noise, but never hear anything around it. It's nice, quiet and close to everything in Cary, Raleigh and Downtown. I just renewed my lease and they even lowered my rental rate!
