Jefferson at Cary Towne is, by far, the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The parking is terrible, the garbage dumpster is located 1/4 mile away, the gates never work, and there is dog dropping all over the place. If you are moving to Raleigh or looking to change apartments, I would recommend going somewhere with an established history (Jefferson at Cary Towne is less than 1 year old).
