Yes, Parking IS AWFUL here. And we have had some problems with the apartment itself (Our AC flooded our closet and we never have gotten the weather stripping right on the doors). Also, they should take the gates down because they are absolutely USELESS. That being said, it's still been a good place to live.
Each time we've had problems with the apt and had to call maintenance, they were prompt in addressing the problems and would keep working until they were solved. I lived on the first floor and noise from the people above us has always been a problem. It sounds like they are moving furniture all the time, even at 2 AM. Also, bugs were a problem last summer and will probably be again this year. Try to get on the second floor and this will eliminate your bug problem. I wish the oven had two big burners and a timer, but that's not too big a deal.
The floorplan is wonderful, the closet space is more than sufficient, the W/D included was nice, and after a rocky start (we were the first people in the apartment) it's been great. Every other apartment I look at, I compare to this one.
