Ever since I moved in there were problems. The management seems to only be interested in revenue not the tenants' comfort. I have endlessly complained about the dog poop all over the complex and surrounding areas - it's absolutely disgusting!!!
Initially, I was told it was a young professional type community, only to see it turn into an NCSU dormitory! Yhe noise levels are unbearable sometimes. Partly due to the obnoxious college kids, and partly to the poor construction and lack of proper wall and ceiling insulation. I have been there for a while now and I have yet to get a good night's sleep.
The only plus is the maintenance crew. They are always courteous, polite and efficient, but I rarely had to call on them.
The office staff is mostly interested in making excuses rather than addressing the problems.
The garbage has been a problem too. It's always overflowing and now with all the college kids living there, there are beer cans and cigarette butts all over the place.
