This construction is cheap here. Don?t live on the first floor if you don?t want to hear everyone walking above you cause believe me you will.
I have lived in a lot of apartment but this place is
the worst for things like that. They must have used the ?Low Income Housing ? Construction company.
I have lived here for 2 years and I have to say I should have moved out after the first year. The only reason its nice is because it?s new. The only reason I moved in is because they were giving a special. First off I signed a lease of an apartment with a fireplace. And I go to move in and guess what I don?t have a fireplace. And they say they don?t have any apartments available with a fire place. Now my signed lease reads that I will have a fireplace. So I could have been a jerk and raised hell about it but I didn?t. They changed my lease. Now I could have kept that lease and made them build me one held the responsible for any cost for moving again, but like I said I didn?t want to be a jerk about if because the lady I was speaking with was not to blame. That was my first day and there ?JCT? first screw up. Just recently I had ice chest out on my deck and they sent a letter tell me to move it or be fined or later evicted. That is kind of crazy but they even said refer to my lease about that coolers on the deck. Well I should have kept that lease and made them refer to it.
In the 2 years that I have lived here there is only 1 person in the office that are still here when I moved in. The rest have moved away or quit. It seem like they can?t keep any managers here and for months they didn?t even have a manager onsite. If that can tell you anything about the company who runs this place.
Also when I first moved in they had night out a Jillian?s and move night with refreshments. Now there is no more night out and the refreshments are just a soda and maybe popcorn. They have changed a lot and have gone down hill.
This place would be great if I were in college and had 3 roommates to split the $1,200 a month rent with but if you are single and you don?t want a roommate then you should just buy a house instead.
