I?ve lived here only a few months but I think it?s a nice place to live. The rent is high enough that it keeps most of the trashy people or low income people from living here. I haven?t had any problems in my apartment as of late and it is almost new. The biggest problem would have to be the parking and the college students. The students aren?t too bad for me because I live in the back and not many live there. And I?m not by the pool so I can?t here all there noise. Parking is the biggest pain. Oh yes the trash bin is 1/8 mile away and they don?t keep it up very well.
I know it?s an apartment but for the price go buy a house. I am
