I moved in around spring. And I have to say at first look it was very nice. The staff that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that I have my own washer and dryer in my apartment. I was told there was security there but I have never seen any.

About a month after I moved in the office staff seems to change and if I went up there they would look at me like ?WHAT DO YOU WANT? And as far as I know they don?t have cookies and sodas for people. Well just people they are trying to rent to at the moment and then after you rent they don?t care.

I will say the facilities manager there is or was great. She took care of any problems I had in my apartment fast. And she always called to see if everything was taken care of.

The people here don?t seem very friendly. Mostly stuck-up snob?s that won?t even say hello. No one even seems to want to get to know there neighbors at all.

Like I said I thought this place was very nice at first glance but you don?t know everything until you live here. I myself will be looking for a new place to live when my lease is up.

A lot of people I have spoken to are not renewing

If you work in ?RTP? area there are some very nice places in Morrisville and also in Brier Creek area. I?ve already found the place I want to move too and it?s even nicer and there are a lot less kids or college students that don?t care about there noise level.

Any positive review of this place has to be from someone who works there. It?s there job.
