Some may complain about high rent, and yes the rent is high, but it?s high for a reason. They do this to try to keep the complex as nice as possible. If you are paying high rent you are probably going to take care of things. And you won?t find 10 people living in one apartment here either. That sh#t isn?t tolerated here.
The pool and the hot-tub and the Gym are nice. The pool seems to be well taken care of this past summer. Some jerk broke a bottle by the pool so it was closed for a few days but you can?t blame the staff for that.
This apartment is temporary for me like it is for most people so I try not to dwell on the bad things to much. I have not had any problems with the office staff, but I will say that faces there seem to change a lot but that is just my opinion.
So if you don?t mind paying high rent for a while then this might be a place you should check out.
