Special!!!!! Yes that is the only reason to live there. I have lived at Cary Towne for 2.5 years and I know I was going to be paying $790 a month for a one bedroom. So if someone there is only paying $795 for a 2 bed has not been living there sense 2001. When I moved at the end of 2001 the new addition was being completed and they were doing anything to get people to move in. I got my large one bedroom for $630 a month and it was new.
Now my neighbors on the other side of the complex were a little upset to find out that they were paying $750 for the same thing I had. So if anyone has been there for 3 years in a 2 bedroom and only paying $795 a month they must be working for the company.
Don't get me wrong. This is a beautiful place. But it's only worth the special you get.
If you go there and you are okay with paying $800 a month then you have lot of money to blow.
I know live in a 3 bedroom house 1,900 sq ft with 3.5 bathrooms and garage for the same price as there 3 bedroom, but someday I will own mine.
Don't get to friendly with the staff because they wont be there that long. They will be there only about a year if that. In the 2.5 years I was there everyone left except 1 in the office and one in maintenance. Mostly because 'JPI' doesn't treat there people very well.
The overall complex was nice, but I can't recommend it to anyone for the price they charge.
