Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived here for quite some time almost 2.5 years.
Cons:
- Everybody that was there when I moved in has left, except for Vivian, but some have been transferred to different JPI properties.
- The parking is limited, but its doable.
- I lived on the 2nd floor and I must admit that for my 1st year there, I did hear alot of noise from upstairs, but since then I've gotten new upstairs neighbors and the noise has lessened significantly.
- Security is also non-existent, but its a great area, I don't think that it was needed that much to begin with.
- Rent is increasing at an alarming rate.
Pros:
The amenities of the apartment far outways the negative in my opinion. I am a very quiet person, so it really doesn't bother me about the pool, etc. The emergency maintenance is great!! I have only had to use them once, and they've responded in a matter of hours. All apartment complexes have their problems. This one is no different. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that can afford it and is willing to ignore small problems. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
