I have had no problems while living here. I had a maintenance problem and they fixed it the next day. The grounds always look clean and everyone I have encountered is nice. My friend had to extend his lease for half a month while trying to buy a house and they had no problem with it and even let him pay his discounted rate when they could have made him pay the market rate. The only problems would be the gates which are more of a nuisance than a security measure and having only one trash dumpster site. People talk about security, but I haven't ever been scared to walk around at night and haven't heard about any car breakins around my building. My one bedroom was $575 and they only raised the rent $20 for another one year lease. Great experience overall.
