never in my life have i lived in a more absurd apartment community. besides the pet waste, horrible parking and rude and incompetent maintenance staff, when i moved out they tried to stick me with a "repair bill" of 600 dollars. it was reported that there was pet damage when i had no pets. also, their invoice was an utter joke. they said they had "photographic evidence" but when my attorney contacted them to settle the dispute, they amazingly had lost the pictures and decided to drop the charge. DO NOT LIVE HERE. my roomates car was broken into twice and still they did not hire security. the "gates" never worked and if you could find anybody in the office they either didn't speak english or didn't want to speak to you. if you plan on living here make sure you have a good attorney ready for when they try to rip you off. they are the most crooked place i have ever seen.
