i recently move into this community. i read some negative reviews so i felt i should tell you that it has been a good experience so far. i have been here 5 months. I had two maintenance issues that were handle immediately. The maintenance guy was friendly. Whenever i go into the office they are always friendly and actually call me by my first name. I dont think my previous apartment complex knew my name and i lived there for three years. So overall this in my opinion is a nice place to live and the apartments are great inside.
