The layout of the apartments is good.
When I moved in, the original owners managed the complex. The complex was sold after I lived there one year. The new staff is awful. They are poor to respond. I had direct payment of the rent from the old owners which they still received on time each month, but the staff sent eviction notices to 25 tennants each month for four straight months.
The staff attitude is always surly.
The "gate" only serves to frustrate tenants. Anyone can get in by waiting until someone else enters or leaves, and there is no other fence to protect the property.
