I lived at Cary Towne Park for a little over a year and can honestly say I loved my apartment, BUT the management is another story!!!! The property manager is LESS than adequate and parking is terrible! They will also try to squeeze every last penny out of you. My Apt. was left in excellent condition and yet they find some lame excuse to keep a $150 deposit...mind you I paid $300 to begin with. The Nerve! And when I called to get an explanation she had very little to say, except for the pitiful, " Sorry". It is for this and many other reasons I will tell anyone I know do not waste your time or money at Cary Towne Park!

If parking was terrible, then you should have gotten a garage.
