Nice overall except for a couple of problems

It's a nice place with plenty of amenities, great location. BUT, be aware that the windows are a problem in the wintertime; in the morning, they will be dripping wet with condensation on the inside, which leads to MOLD. I brought it to managements (Tanya) attention and I was told "yes, we know, they're all like that". It's a nasty and unhealthy problem, and you're just stuck with it. The other thing they did to me is a couple weeks after I renewed my lease, they called me and said "we're sorry, we made a typo on the paperwork, your rent is actually $100 more than that". I had to really fight it to get them to eat their own mistake.
