I moved to the Legends at Cary Town several weeks ago and I have to say it has been the best decision I have ever made. The apartment itself far exceeded my expectations, but the real pleasure has been dealing with the staff and maintenance. Everyone has been so pleasant including my neighbors. Every time I have needed anything the turn around time as been extremely quick regardless of the importance of any request.

I plan to be here until the day comes that I purchase a home. The Legends is a great place (trust me I have looked and lived at several) to live. Take the time to look into it you will not be sorry you did.

Either you must be a friend of someone in the office, or you work there. How about the crime rate of the surrounding area, car break ins, and other crimes. My advice, check with your local police website, eye opeining.

I agree that this is a great place to live and I'm not a friend or an employee. It is possible that you just don't like it and that's OK. I've lived here for two years and have not witnessed or heard of any crimes here or in the surrounding area. It's safe to me.

This is management speaking again, beware. No one talks like this. Also, no one in their right mind would rate the apartment with a 5 for Office Staff, Noise, Safety, and Grounds. Parking as a 4? No, that's a definite 0/5. We live right next to a neighborhood with high crime rates and car break-ins. I can hear my neighbor laughing and talking (every single word). Office staff: unbelievably ignorant, rude, and likes to make you feel stupid.

I am not management and am a resident still. I still LOVE living here. I have never had one issue with any office staff and parking is acceptable. If you want to have parking right in front or don't want to hear anyone around you then you buy a house. It seems even from your username that you are just miserable and nothing could make it right. You should really redirect your energy from this site and focus on making yourself a happy person.
