The "new" management here is terrible. The maintenance is worse! Takes days to get the simplest issues fixed. Tanya is a b****h. She has no clue how to manage, and the only people she takes an interest in are the single male tenants. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. AMEN! This place now called LEGENDS is a joke, and they are catering to the hispanic population because they are the only ones who will be able to pay the new high rent rate by cramming in 10 of them into an apartment. Then LEGENDS can continue to raise the rent because the Hispanic population pays a smaller share per person. Normal average working families and couples who can afford this place are not renting in this neighborhood gone down hill. If you like Mexico come here.

Wow that's an interesting take on this property. I have been here for two years. I have yet to see that many -------- not that that would be a problem for me. You sound like a narrow minded racists who probably never paid your rent on time :) I love it here and will renew my lease for another year.

I think it is amazing that you say all those things and even call a woman such names, but post it anonymously. Very mature and outstanding of you. This is a great place to live and further more life is what you make. If you have a negative attitude you will bring more of the same onto yourself. I don't know what these people are talking about and I don't want to spend any more engery on it, but this is a great place to rent.
