Me and my wife were about to move in, paid deposit/reservation fee on an apartment. A month later we followed up on them to make sure everything is in order and they gave our apartment to someone else and didnt even bother to call us and let us know. This just shows you their integrity. They will make you think they want you there so they can get your monthly rent. If you are like us we like good customer service, people who take care of you and respect the tennants that live there. We have decided to stay at the Asheborough in Cary where they recognize these qualities. Going through this helped us realize what we had. By the way I am still waiting on my refund.... One more thing to add. They will respond from their office to these reviews within a week or two under some pretense that they are happy,Disney-like tenants where everything is perfect. Expect that, and if it happens then the review is a hoax. Also, HAIR FLOATS IN THEIR POOL AND SPA ALL THE TIME! AND IT'S BEEN THEIR AWHILE. Check the filters, they have beer cans floating in the spa and pool filters from time to time.

the office people do not know customer service. they ignore complaints that random people living around the area use the pool and hottub well after pool has closed down. last week a group of people in the hottub admitted to living in Apex! and knowing they could get in and use our facilities...that the tenants pay for..how sweet. then last night a car was broken into before it was even dark outside, when the office was notified they said they had no involvement or responsibilty. they call themselves "luxury apartments" i had better service in a motel 6
