The first thing I have to say about this place is that indeed is dirty, the back pool does not work and no telling when it would be operatable, The office management are very disrespectful, ignorant,and no manners, they need a few lesson on people skills and I want to know how in God's green earth did they get their jobs, first they are always late, never in the office till after 10 am and then they take a 2 hour lunch breaks, they usually don't return till about 2:30 pm if you lucky. I see one maintenance man doing work coming in and out of different apartments when I asked where are the office personel his re[lied, they in the office. but the office is closed.
I actually feel we live in mexico or some type of foreign hispanic country, this is basically what you see.
I want to meet the owners of this DUMP and ask them to come and live here for a year and see if they can tolerate it....There is only one word to describe these people and that is....SLUM LANDLORDS and they care about is getting our money.
My advice come see for yourself don't take my word for it, the price is right but don't rent here if you want to keep sane.
I can not wait til my lease is up to get the heck outta here.
