My ceiling leaks water in several locations through the apartment. The air conditioner freezes large blocks of ice on the tubes which melts and wets the carpet, the windows let water in when it rains, so my whole apartment is more a swamp than living area, just a few of the many problems I live with here, and exsisted prior to my moving in. They don't fix anything, and make no attempts to do so. It is dirty and in poor repair, and often you will find the police or large groups of Latinos outside drinking and causing ruckus.
