This has got be the worst place in North Raleigh hands down! They lure you in with a huge floorplan and low rent. Here is what I have experienced ARE YOU READY'

My car, sisters car and Mothers car have all been TOWED from the parking lot and I had to pay the $150 towing fee each time

Three people have been stabbed.

Gunshots.

Drunken -------- in LARGE groups loitering weekends 10pm-6am if they are not still asleep in a bush the next morning.

Violence.

Drugs, Crack pipes and cocaine baggies litter the already filthy hallways.

Throw up and other "things" in halls and stairs left for days with no remorse.

Terrible customer service, management will not even respond to emails.

NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN, Pediphiles (im sure of at least one guy) and broken glass everywhere.

I saw a man BATHING in our swimming pool.

Did I mention the swarm of ROACHES I cant get rid of' Bombs, sprays, and a clean home do not deter these nasty bugs.

Club accross the street brings more bad news.

JUST ABSOLUTELY NASTY STINKING FILTHY PLACE and I hate it there. If I had more money I would broken the lease immediately and moved. Thank God for a raise I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE.

Dont be fooled, this place WILL NOT get better, I see complaints on this site dating back to 2003!!! How long does it take to get it together people!'!
