My wife and I have been residents of Cedar Springs since pretty much the beginning. It has changed management quite often, but the management we have now is definitely the best so far. Contrary to the previous comments, it sounds as if those "Anonymously" residents don't get their way so they in turn bash the management. The maintenance staff responds to all our calls in a timely and efficent manner. There is always some type of resident function that is planned to get to know our neighbors. My wife and I will definitely be calling Cedar Springs Home until me get around to buying a house!! Other than parking being a pain at times, the living environment is great for the price. Oh yeah, it being the "Ghetto" is far from the truth. It sounds as if some "residents" are being racist to me. But again this is just my opinion.
